Combining vast knowledge of the real estate market with a knack for forging relationships is the foundation of my success as a Realtor in the North Atlanta Market. I began my real estate career in 1984 as an appraiser and quickly realized that I had something to offer buyers, sellers and investors. As a Certified Stager I understand how condition, furniture placement and curb appeal of a home can ensure a great first impression.  With the knowledge of an appraiser and the skills of a professional stager I use those talents to help market homes effectively and help buyers envision what a home could be. 

A positive attitude, professionalism and loyalty are just a few of my fundamental traits as I work with fellow team members and clients. Through my commitment to the industry I am an active member of the 400 North Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

About Madonna: 

I was born and raised in Atlanta. I graduated from Georgia State University where I earned a BS degree in Education. As a long-time resident of Cumming, I know the area well and have a vested interest in the community. I currently live in Windermere with my husband and enjoy spending time with my five children and spoiling my grandchildren rotten. When away from real estate I enjoy decorating, golf, tennis, hiking and walking.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career are the relationships I build. It's not unusual for me to have a relationship with a client that spans several decades or more.  I truly enjoy the process of connecting people with the perfect home for whatever stage of life they are in.  From the young couple buying their first house, to the family welcoming their third baby, to the empty nesters who have decided its time to downsize. I get to be a part of major changes in peoples lives and this helps to build not just a relationship, but a friendship. I really do think of my clients as friends and hope to call you one in the very near future!
